You would be trained on the spot and help restock the table and ornament tree, and help bag-up items people are purchasing. It's a fast-paced event; lots of shoppers come! https://www.fairtrademadison.org/ It's at the Monona Terrace.
Mark your calendars for the Fall ACT (ALCS Challenges Trafficking) dates! Meetings will take place on Saturday evenings from 6-9pm. Contact Mrs. Gruchow for more details.

There will be a Musical Info Meeting on Monday, Dec. 12 in the ALCS library. This meeting will be held a two different times and you are welcome to attend either one (they will be the same.)
- 3:45-4:30 pm
- 5:15-6:00 pm
There will be a Drama Parents Interest Meeting that will take place between those two meetings on the 12th. From 4:40-5:10 pm. Pastor Sarah will be talking about the needs for this years' musical.
With several changes taking place over the last few years, we have been very low on volunteer help for the various areas of the musical leading up to the performances. This makes it difficult to handle all of the work that needs to get done for the show. We will provide the necessary information to you so you can determine if there are any roles you might be able to fill, or if you can help find others to assist.
As always, please feel free to contact Pastor Sarah if you have any questions about the musical, helping with the musical, or the meetings listed above.
If your student(s) plan on playing basketball this winter, we need help hosting our home basketball games.
