ALCS Fine Arts . . .Instilling a Heart of Worship

Through the fine arts, students can draw closer to the Lord and bring Him glory by using the talents He has given them.  We believe in offering our students every possible opportunity to express themselves through the arts, as well as instructing them in the fine arts.  You’ll find enthusiastic teachers working with students growing skills and knowledge in:

  • vocal music and foundations of music
  • instrumental music and performance
  • 2D, 3D and multi-media works of art
  • theatre through plays and musicals

Our desire is to develop God-given gifts, help build and utilize new skills, and find an outlet for them in the school and the greater Madison area.  Every child has artistic abilities, and we want to nurture those abilities - whatever they are - while helping each student develop an appreciation for the arts.     

At Abundant Life Christian School, we are very proud of the accomplishments of our students in the fine arts.  We have had students represent our school at State Solo and Ensemble for vocal and instrumental music, win awards for art pieces at art shows, and earned theatre awards for musicals and performances.  

The arts are an integral part of what is great at Abundant Life Christian School. It's not just 'nice' for students to engage in the arts, it's necessary for developing a well-rounded education!
