Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for visiting our website!  We hope you discover what makes Abundant Life Christian School unique as you consider Christ-centered education for your child.

It is an honor to serve as principal of ALCS and be part of a team committed to our shared vision “to cultivate a Christ-centered community where students grow toward their full potential for God's glory.” 

Since our founding in 1978 with just 30 students, ALCS has grown to serve over 400 students from 3K - 12th grade.  I am humbled to carry on the legacy of our alumni and the faithful leadership of our former principal, Doug Butler.   Our mission remains strong:  to provide an exceptional Christ-centered education as a trusted partner with families.  

We have seen God's light shine in the darkness (John 1:5) and His faithful hand at work as we continue to heal from the tragedy that impacted our school in December 2024.  Challenger Strong is more than a catchphrase - it is a testimony to God's strength, grace, and the unity He has built in our Madison community.

At ALCS, students are encouraged to discover and develop who God created them to be.  Spiritual growth is nurtured through weekly chapels, student-led worship, and a daily integration of biblical truth across all subject areas.  Middle and high school students grow through small groups and mentorship opportunities.

Academically, our students thrive in Advanced Placement (AP) courses and gain hands-on experience through programs like Craftsman with Character, which introduces students to the trades.  They grow in leadership and creativity through art, music, theater, and athletics - which equips students to discover their spiritual gifts and explore their God-given potential to live an abundant life.  

As members of Impact Christian Schools, we partner to advance Christ-centered education in the greater community.  Together, we collaborate through ACSI-based accreditation and ongoing teacher development to uphold high academic and spiritual standards.
