This year’s Homecoming Week will be October 10-15, 2011.
Many activities will take place including class competitions,
a special Friday Homecoming Pep Rally, and more!
***PREPARE FOR A FULL WEEK OF COMPETITION!!!***
Monday: Clash Day
Tuesday: Nerd Day
Wednesday: 80’s Decade/Workout Day
Thursday: Class Colors (This is also Parents’ Day)
Friday: Red, White & Black Day
Homecoming Court Elections: 9-12th students will crown an ALCS Homecoming King and Queen, along with a Homecoming Court. Wednesday will be a general election and Friday will be the final election for the Court. A King, Queen and 8 court members will be elected.
Lunch Time Activities: Each day we will hold various different contests with classes competing against one another. Winning class each day receives 50 points; second place class receives 25 points. MS and HS classes will be judged separately.

Poster/Banner Decoration: Each class will create a poster to go above the lockers upstairs, or a banner to go above lockers downstairs. Posters/Banners must be completed by the end of the day on Thursday.

Nerd Day Outfit Competition: On Tuesday, during lunch each HS class will present 2 of the “nerdiest” outfits. Those winners will then compete in a mini fashion show during lunch to determine the overall school winner.

Door Painting: Each class will be supplied with red, white & black paint to decorate 2 doors in the main entryway. Doors will be assigned to each class. Deadline to have doors completed is the end of the day Thursday.

“So Challengers Think They Can Dance?” : During Friday’s pep rally, each class will be provided with a dance style, music, & advisor, and must create a dance to represent their class in competition.

MS VB @ Westside Christian School, 5/6th @ 4pm & 7/8th @ 5pm
Thursday, October 13th
Volleyball vs. Madison Homeschool Tigers- Parent/Senior Night
5:30pm JV2 & 7:00 pm Varsity
Saturday, Ocober 15, 12:00 pm
VARSITY FOOTBALL!!! Bring your blankets and/or lawn chairs. Admission is $1 for elementary students, $3 MS/HS students & alumni, or $4 adults. The Homecoming Court will be announced at half time, and the King and Queen will be crowned!
