Impact: An elderly woman in Madison wrote, "Sorry this is short. I just got out of the hospital-not doing very well. But, very much appreciated what you did for me two weeks ago. We need more doing people like you in our world. Thanks again. Blessings." Another elderly woman said, "Thank you very much for sending so much needed help my way, again. The kids did good work and were cheering to me as they scurried from one assignment to the next. Every one of them was such a fine young person. Thanks again."
A single woman wrote, "I was so greatly blessed to have you share the busy Serve-A-Thon Day with me! Your help put me so ahead of my yearly 'spring duties.' It was a joy to receive your blessing of service! Thank you so much. " The Volunteer Coordinator for United Way of Dane County wrote, "It was an excellent sight to see so many youth enthused and poised to volunteer in their community. I really enjoyed being part of your Serve-A-Thon festivities. Thanks again for sharing this experience with me. I had a wonderful time."
