Scholarship Search Tool by Career One Stop

Search through scholarships, grants, and other types of aid. 

Eligible students are planning to attend a community college, technical institute, or university during the 2019-2020 academic year to study anything from construction management, plumbing or carpentry to landscape architecture or interior design. There is no minimum SAT, ACT or GPA. You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. HomeAdvisor will accept essays from August 30, 2018 – March 15, 2019

Building homes for the nation is too important a priority to neglect the education, training and research that will be needed to support the residential construction industry. The National Housing Endowment is answering the call by continuing to find avenues to educate students on the many opportunities a career in construction offers.

American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air-Conditioning Engineers Scholarships/

Annual Application Deadline: December 1
Scholarships are awarded for the academic year following the application deadline beginning with the fall semester.   Re-applications accepted from former scholarship applicants and recipients who meet current criteria. 

MikeRoweWorks 2019 Work Ethic Scholarship Program 

Apply Jan 28 through March 28, 2019. We’re looking for the next generation of aspiring workers who will work smart and hard.  This program doesn’t focus on test scores, grades, or grammar.  It’s about the people who share our values and understand the importance of work ethic, personal responsibility, delayed gratification, and a positive attitude.


Recovery Village Health Care Scholarship 

Apply by June 30, 2019. The Recovery Village is dedicated to maintaining exceptional service at our alcohol and drug rehab facilities while providing unique opportunities for education and personal development. As part of this commitment, The Recovery Village is offering a $1,000 scholarship to students pursuing a medical-related course of study.
